At Nozulu Lux Liner, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Please review our ticket policies to understand the terms and conditions of booking with us.

Booking and Confirmation

- Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or authorized agents.

- Upon successful booking, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you.

Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

- Tickets can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability.

- A rescheduling fee may apply.

No-Show Policy

- Passengers who do not show up for their scheduled departure will forfeit their ticket without a refund.

Luggage Policy

- Each passenger is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on.

- Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra fees.

Boarding and Identification

- Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.

- A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of boarding.

Child Policy

- Children under the age of 5 travel free when accompanied by an adult but must sit on the adult’s lap.

- Children aged 5-12 are eligible for discounted fares.

Special Assistance

- Passengers requiring special assistance should inform us at the time of booking.

- We will make all reasonable accommodations to ensure a comfortable journey.

Conduct and Safety

- Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the staff.

- Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the bus without a refund.

- Nozulu Lux Liner reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and other official channels.
