-No refund for a ticket cancelation 48 hours from the departure date.
-An admin fee of 25% applies to any other ticket cancelation.
-No smoking inside the bus.
-No carrying of any illegal weapons whilst in transit or inside the bus
-No rowdy or antisocial behavior is to be tolerated. We reserve the right to instruct a person with such (antisocial) behavior to exit and/or alight from the bus.
-Visibly intoxicated persons shall not be allowed in the bus and such a person shall not be entitled to a refund whatsoever.
-No drinking of alcohol is allowed inside the bus and whilst in transit, we reserve the right to confiscate until the destination of the passenger, however if the passenger refuses to have the above confiscated, he/she shall not be allowed in the bus and no refund shall be given.
-Kids below the age of 14 shall always travel in the presence of an adult.
-Children above the age of 04 are to pay a full ticket price.
-All other laws of the Republic of South Africa are to be adhered to at all times.
It is the responsibility of every passenger to ensure that he/she is aware of where exactly his/her luggage has been put and whilst all reasonable care shall be undertaken, Nozulu Lux Liner and YESIZWE Lux Liner shall not be held responsible for the damage and/or loss of any item/s, luggage or part thereof.
